G & J Barron Farms has been producing turkeys at Pattocks Farm, Chappel since 1943. During this time, they have established a reputation for producing high quality poultry for surrounding villages as well as selected local butchers.
The traditional white and bronze turkey has been our trade mark for over 60 years. Reared slowly on Farm Assured feed and home grown straw. Each turkey is prepared individually by hand to give you the best possible quality and a unique flavour.

Her family has been producing our unique and delicious tasting KellyBronze turkeys for more than 25 years.
Ewes and lambs are grazed extensively on local parkland and water meadows being stocked at a very low rate of 3 ewes to the acre.
The ewes return to Thorringtons' Farm in January for housing before they lamb in March once lambed they return to their summer grazing where the lambs will remain on a diet of grass until they are ready for butchering.
The Dexters produce high quality beef, with good marbling and excellant flavour with the cuts and joints being on a small scale. They also have a limited supply of Hereford beef which produce larger cuts but still with excellent flavour.
Based near Maldon, Essex, this farm-based company has won a Gold Great Taste Award for their Smoked Dry Cure Streaky Bacon.We also stock their sausages and back bacon. All pigs reared in large straw lined pens.
